About Me

Hi there welcome to Does Your Sister Have Normal Hair.

I’m a 34-year-old massage therapist and house/pet sitter extraordinaire.

When I’m not walking pups and being ignored by people’s cats I work as a massage therapist at a local salon. When I’m home I spend my time being ignored by my 4 cats unless they need to eat, watching Netflix and various incarnations of The Real Housewives. I spend most days with my family because I actually really like them. I am also a serious fashion/beauty junkie, I love to cook and do crafty things like jewelry and DIY body products, candles, and paper crafts.

The blog I am attempting to keep up with is full of fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and salon info and general tom-foolery!

Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I’m having a hard time locating new content so I thought I’d post here!
I’ve spent many years fighting my hair’s natural tendencies and ended up frustrated and disappointed with the results. Occasionally I will visit my stylist, but for the most part I cut and color my own hair, my mom was a stylist and taught me! I’m looking forward to your new content!

    1. I know so many women who fight their hair. It’s so much easier just to accept it. It’s great to have a pro in the family who can teach you what to do, keeps the cost down.

I am always trying to “up” it but nothing seems to work. I look forward to looking around your site to see whattcha got! Have a great day and happy blogging!!

  4. I’m also here from the Blog Hop. Mine lives in a ponytail. I work with kids, have my own and a busy lifestyle. I love the flexibility of long hair, though. I just wish I had more time to work with it!

    1. I can relate. If I had the funds I’d just hire someone to do my hair for me every day!
